Stellina Diving - Your Divecenter in Las Terrenas

We are pleased to welcome you in our new diving-school in the Kari Beach Hotel. Here, we offer you a diving training in a Caribbean atmosphere, according to the internationally recognized quality-standards of PADI, CMAS and ProTec, and every day two diving-trips to the diving-places nearby with their rich Flora and Fauna. Of course, we also hire diving- and snorkeling equipment.

We attach great importance to the individual care of our guests and scholars, and a high grade of security is important to us. All diving-trips are accompanied by experienced guides. And, naturally, there will always be a complete “rescue outfit” inclusive oxygen.

We love to dive and we like to share our enthusiasm with you. We are pleased to organize an individually guided “snoopy-tour” to the curious people for exploring the fascination of the underwater world.

We teach according to the standards of the worldwide leading diving-organisation PADI from Discover Scuba Diving to the  IDC - the education as PADI Divemaster. Besides, we also offer trainings and continuing educations in diving according to the standard of the European sport-diving  CMAS and ProTec. So we offer the optimal education for everybody. In our courses we don’t teach more than 4 persons together. This is the guarantee, that we can take care of each individual person and that everybody is able to profit from its lesson. Of course, to dive will never be neglected – finally there are some beautiful diving-places in the neighborhood. Our offer is completed by the negotiation of hostels and terrestrial activities.

The responsible partner for the diving-office in Las Terrenas is Falk, an experienced and careful CMAS- and ProTec-Instructor, and the leader of the base. At his side, there is a team of experienced teachers and guides, who carefully assist your trips and training. Also the Divemaster and Divemater-candidats, who have decided to join their education by us, help the team. So you can be insured, that you join a competent training and carefree diving-holidays.
Falk’s partner is Dominique, a trilingual Swiss instructor on PADI-level, who is the Managing Director of the Dive Community in Phuket, Thailand.

Now, let us lead you to the Caribbean underwater world. The diversity of the corals is typical forthe Caribbean Sea, especially the soft corals. Our region is known for the unique structure of the subaquatic landscape. All crustaceans, like rock-shelters, shrimps and crabs feel very fine in this rugged landscape. Daily at 9 am and 11 am we drive to the diving-places, only 10 to 15 minutes away. We dive in groups of 5-6 persons. There are 10 and 12 liters aluminum tanks with INT- or DIN-valves. Adapters as well as nitrox-equipment incl. computer are available. There is also the possibility for a Rebreather-education and -diving.
